adding "listings" into my menu on the left on hubspot

Hi. I am trying to add “listings” into my CRM menu on the left, so I can navigate to listings as I can contacts and companies etc. But I cant see how. Any help appreciated

Can you maybe shed some light on what “listings” are exactly?

Are these properties or a custom object in your CRM?

Also on which object do you want to add/reference them - contacts, companies, deals, etc.?

As always, a screenshot or two are always welcome and help us come up with a workable suggestion.

Hi. Thanks for responding. OK so we chave contacts, companies and also “listings”. the decription on HS says “Information about a particular property or unit to be bought, sold, or rented”, so its for agents, sales or rentals.

You can get there by going to settings, objects, listings.

It works fine, but i can only get to a listing by going into a contact. Because the main CRM menu doesn not contain a link. But it does allow you to go to contacts, compoany, deals, tickets, so i think there must be a way to add listings to this top level menu.

At the moment it’s not possible for this to go here (although ironically if you had created a Custom Object from scratch called Listings, you. would be able to see it here.

This has been requested in the Ideas forum (albeit referencing a different one of the built-in new Object-Library objects, DROP AN UPVOTE ON IT HERE as HubSpot monitors the Ideas forum and takes into account demand when planning on features to roll out!
