Adding line items to manually created orders

We need the ability to create manual orders in HS and add line items/products to these orders.

Yes, this is possible using two different apps, depending on your needs:

  1. LineNer lets you add line items/products via HubSpot workflows. Even for manually created deals, you can trigger a workflow to insert products, bundles, apply discounts (incl. decimals), etc.
  2. Copy Line Item Between Deals, if you prefer to work manually, this app allows you to open a deal, select one or multiple line items, and copy them to another deal (or multiple deals) directly from the deal view, no workflow needed.

Both tools are helpful, depending on whether you want automation or manual control.

Thankyou – Hubspot support told me it wasn’t possible :neutral_face:
We don’t use the deals screen though. Our e-comm platform is connected to Orders. It is here we need to be able to add manual orders as well, which we currently can not do. Nothing to do with deals. Is this possible?
