Need to add a hyperlink to Deals that is auto populated when a deal is created like this:

[https://pricingapp.example.com/deal/?HBID=D](https://api.example.com/deal/?name=Whatever&account=Dunder+Mifflin&amount=25000&owner=Jane+Doe&ownerEmail=jdoe@example.com)ealID

that users can click to open in a new tab that will take them directly to our pricing app with the respective deal. The

It seems like I can add a custom Deal property that is updated via workflow but I’m not sure how to represent that as a hyperlink to the user. i need the Deal ID to be updated to each respective Deal ID
What’s the best way to go about doing this?

Hi @CClark3 ,

If you use a single-line text property, HubSpot will autodetect if it is a link and allow you to click on it. So in this case, use a single-line text property and store the value in a workflow in that property.
Set property action:

Result:

Thank you so much Its greatly appreciated. Got a question is it possible to name this field like “Pricing App” so the link can be hidden but it will still take them to the link you provided?

Hi @CClark3 ,

It is not possible to hide the link and display another value in a property field. You can give the custom property any name you want tho.
