Hiya! 
I’ve been manually calculating drop-off rates for an audit I’m doing on different forms in HubSpot. How awesome would it be to have HubSpot automatically calculate this? Or even better, have the specific field where the user stopped completing a form!
For now, here’s my calculation for drop-offs%:
Interactions-Submissions= Drop offs.
Drop offs/Interactionsx100 = Percentage of drop-offs
Example: Out of the 1,693 interactions we have 721 successful submissions which indicates the drop-off rate is x%.
1693-721= 972
972/1693= 0,575
0,575x100= 57%
Out of the 1,693 interactions we have 721 successful submissions which indicates the drop-off rate is 57%.
