# Adding domain using tracking code problem

Hi,

I have added the hubspot tracking code and its working fine with the online chat, but Im trying to set up the cookies banner with the same code and although its on my site I cannot add my domain [papyrusgrpup.co.uk](http://papyrusgrpup.co.uk) to the cookies tab. (please see error in picture attached)

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hey, have you added a Primary Domain to HubSpot, is this Domain the same as where you’re trying to add a Cookie banner?

Hi, yes I have added the tracking code to [papyrusgroup.co.uk](http://papyrusgroup.co.uk) and I am already using the online chat using it… and I have added it to the

Reports & Analytics Tracking (please see picture)
