hi
when creating contacts from Hubspot Sales extension in Outlook we would like to add the company. is there any way we can edit this card?
for info, we have disabled the option to assign automatically the company based on contact email domain. the reason is that we have many companies using the same domain and this is not an option for us, so we assign the companies manually. it’s annoying and not efficient to create contacts from outlook extension and then go back to the CRM to complete the information of the company

Currently, the HubSpot Sales extension for Outlook doesn’t currently allow adding a company directly when creating a contact.
Since you’ve disabled automatic company assignments, the best workaround is to create a workflow or use a custom integration to streamline manual company assignments after the contact is added.

this answer is not helping at all, I am surprised that we do not have the possibility of editing the company when the contact is created through the EXTENSION, any suggestion to help on that

Unfortunately, adding a company directly through the Sales extension for Outlook isn’t currently possible.
As a workaround, you might consider setting up a custom property in the extension for temporary company details, then create a workflow in HubSpot to match and assign the correct company afterward.
