# Adding Code Blocks and Support of .log Files

Hi,

The non-ability to be able to paste in a Code Block format and the non-support of .log files is quite inhibiting on Help Desk for our Support Teams when investigating tickets.

Having to save a .log file and then insert a link in a ticket to said file, seems like an unnecessary step in my opinion.
