I agree completely. eg We sell different types of seals, all called “Seal” but with different SKUs and prices. I can only add a line item by name or description so there is no way for me to know which of the 50 items with “Seal” in the description is the one that’s required. The Hubspot “Quotes” function is currently un-usable for me us the moment and we’ve had to revert to our previous application to do this.
