I am wanting to set up Hubspot Workflows (assign to List, etc) for Contacts that are imported via ZoomInfo websights and intent workflows but there are currently no ZoomInfo integration filters to enable this. Nor are existing fields like Source or Original Source helpful because they are too vague ex. Offline Sources.
I have multiple clients that would love this. Original Source-drill down 2 just doesn’t get specific enough for their needs. They really want to be able to segment and communicated with those contacts in a more detailed way.
I found a way to leverge existing ZoomInfo fields and map them to newly created properties in HubSpot.
There are specific fields in ZoomInfo that contain the ‘Intent ID’, the ‘Workflow Name’, and the ‘Workflow Type’. To use this ZoomInfo data, add corresponding properties to the contact (and the account if you are interested in where they are being created from in ZoomInfo) and map the ZoomInfo fields to the new HubSpot properties. When a record is synced from ZoomInfo to HubSpot, you’ll have the necessary properties filled out to create targeted automations.
