I’ve seen an increase in signatures for team emails, but that’s not nearly enough. Because large companies will have many employees using the same email, if you only use a team signature, it will be very mechanical and impersonal. I recommend developing user-based signatures and adding a signature button when sending so that I can add my personal signature.
