Please add the ticket “Description” property to the customer portal. It should always appear at the top with the title, followed by the associated conversation(s). Without it, users whose ticket was created by a form submission never see their original submission details. And users who submit a ticket via email have to scroll all the way to the bottom to see the original email body that started the ticket/conversation.
Hey ,
Have you ever tried the Customer Service Portal app? It creates a separate customer portal for your HubSpot instance that you can customize. You can add new themes, logos, titles, and customize what your customers see on their end. You should be able to add the ticket description that way!
There’s a blog post showing off some of its features here.
Let me know if you have any questions! I’d be happy to talk more about it.
Best,
-David Staat
This would be useful for us as sometimes there are multiple associated contacts with a ticket, and any one of them would like to see the original message sent that created the ticket.
Also, the original message for email-sourced tickets appear at the top for me, so wouldn’t mind if the same format applied for form-sourced tickets.
