While perhaps a less structural change to the platform, many professionals and veterans with CRM tools are accustomed to different layouts and the ability to customize their feed. These smaller changes allow for a better user experience, expedited information analysis, and better readability of the information. Currently, the site can only be accessed through its folder system, but what if we could have stats easily accessible on our homepage? What if we could add or change the color of the Icons and Menus?
I prefer Hubspot’s capabilities over similar tools, but this small aspect could make it better.
