The new HubSpot Form Builder (BETA) currently lacks support for both Date and Date/Time picker properties. This is a critical limitation for teams like ours who need prospects or customers to schedule or request appointment windows directly within forms.
In the legacy form builder, we could use date picker fields (though not datetime), but the new BETA builder doesn’t support either — even though these property types exist in contact properties and are widely used elsewhere in the CRM.
We’d love to see:
Date and Time Picker support, not just date
A calendar and time selection widget for user-friendly inputs
Native integration with date/time contact properties
Optional validation for future-only dates (e.g., no past times)
This feature is essential for:
Appointment scheduling requests
Event RSVPs
Demo booking forms
Service request forms with time windows
Right now, our only options are to use legacy forms or build a workaround with external tools and the Forms API — both of which create extra friction.
Please prioritize support for date and time pickers in the new builder!
