This is an absolute need. Being able to use properties directly in the email for smart rules rather than having to create a ton of lists would be INCREDIBLY helpful and time-saving. And it would allow for a lot more complex work to really tailor the communication to our contacts. HubSpot this should definitely be a priority! If Marketing Cloud can do this, HubSpot should ABSOLUTELY have this feature.
