Right now the Claude connector only works with CRM records, Marketing Emails, and Campaigns. It can’t touch Sales Templates, Snippets, Sequences, or Workflows at all.
That’s a real gap for anyone running outbound. We can get Claude to draft marketing email content straight in HubSpot, but not the actual one-to-one templates or sequence steps that reps send from. And there’s no way to build or edit a Workflow either, so the automation part (enrollment triggers, delays between steps) still has to get done by hand.
Would be great to see this added. Even basic read/write access to Sales Templates, Sequences, and Workflows (create, edit, see the steps and delays) would make Claude a lot more useful for outbound teams working in HubSpot.
