Managing duplicates is pretty tedious. You could make it easier by:
1. Adding a REJECT button to the bottom of the pop-up window next to MERGE and CANCEL.
2. Advancing to the next duplicate in the list once you press either MERGE or REJECT.
Going out of the window and back to the main list each time is an unneeded step. Please help with this.
YES! It would be so simple to add the button to the pop-up, but instead, we have to exit and then re-find them in the list. Save a lot of energy.
I was just about to submit the same suggestion. Adding a reject to the “review” pop-up would be a huge timesaver. Also, it would be helpful if “bounce status” was shown in the review pop-up as well for each contact with the option to delete the contact right there - especially if it’s a hard bounce.
It would save me a lot of time and help me “keep a groove” if this were an option and I didn’t need to leave the pop up to reject a pair of duplicates.
I made a post requesting the same thing, and found a couple of other posts with the same request. I will list all related posts here. Please comment on and upvote these threads as well to help HubSpot understand the need for this feature.
