Currently, HubSpot does not expose any public API endpoints for creating, updating, deleting, or organizing Workflows into folders. This is a significant limitation for teams managing large numbers of workflows programmatically.

**Use case:** When building integrations or automation tools that provision HubSpot workflows at scale, there is no way to organize them into folders via API — something that is possible in the UI. This forces manual folder management, which defeats the purpose of automation.

**Request:** Please add public API endpoints to support:

- Creating workflow folders
- Renaming/updating folders
- Moving workflows into folders
- Deleting folders
- Listing folders and their contents

This would bring Workflow folder management in line with other HubSpot objects that support folder APIs (e.g., Files, Templates).
