We have just started with Operations Hub and I’m setting up some automation that cleans up our data. I have alot of names that are in All Caps. Just using the option to “capitalize” under the automation format data doesn’t work. The only way I found to solve this was to first do an activity to change the name to all lower case. Then I have to add a second command to do the capitalization. While it worked in the end, it seems a whole lot easier to just have “proper case” be used. Could solve other issues as well for names like De Joes.

If there is an easier way to do this please advise

Hi @JenWallace

Sounds like this can be covered by the single action called ‘Title case’

Where do I find these Formatting Rules? I am struggling to find where you are in this screen?

This does not seem to work with hyphenated names, would that need to be removed for the title case to make both names capitatlized?

Hi @TBillett1,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Could you please clarify your objective so I can investigate and suggest the necessary action to achieve it? Are you asking for everything to be in uppercase, or what is your specific intention? If you could provide an example or a screenshot of how you’d like it to appear, I can look into whether it’s possible.

Thank you!

Diana
