Add Orders to CRM to Navigation

Currently, it takes several clicks to get to view orders pipelines - CRM, contacts, dropdown, orders…

Add the Orders view to either the CRM top-level navigation like deals, or add to the Commerce top-level navigation so its just a click away from the main navigation to view Orders

We would also need this - I don’t understand why the option is not available in the menu already.
