Add option on Meeting Calendar to NOT Auto accept when someone schedules a meeting with me.

With every calender I have ever used, I send a calendar requst and the person on the other end has to accpet the meetig. And although this is my calendar I am sharing with others, they are still requesting a meeting with me just the same.

I have shared my calendar link with hundreds of people. As a small business owner, I wear many hats and am often working on lengthy projects that require me to be away from my desk and email. If someone books a meeting me with at the last minute (I have it set to one hour leeway), and I am working on another project away from y desk, if I fail to look at my calendar multiple times throughout my day, I will miss a call that was scheduled. This just cannot be avoided.

However, if I have the option that meetings scheduled on my calendar are NOT AUTO ACCEPTED, and instead I have physically see and accept the meeting request, at least the user can see that I likely never saw the request in the first place and can understand my missing the meeting.

Luckily it doesn’t happen oftem but it certainly does happen from time to time and it makes me look bad. I am sure I am not alone on this one.

I would also like an option to not auto-accept booked meetings.

We often have clients who try to get around our support pipeline by booking meetings directly with agents.

It would be great if we could use the book a meeting feature as a client requesting a meeting with us for a timeslot instead of automatically getting that meeting, as these meetings are often unnecessary for our team.

Instead we could follow up with them or ask them to reachout to our support address instead.

+1

This is the same issue we have with project management and support
