I have created some scopes, including CRM.objects.contacts.read, CRM.objects.contacts.write, CRM.objects.owners.read, OAuth,
Now I want to add a few more required scopes, such as crm.objects.companies.read, crm.schemas.companies.read, crm.objects.deals.read, etc.
After adding, how to refresh scopes, or how to get users to re-authorize. At present, when users link to hubspot, they will prompt “Couldn’t complete the connection. Authorization failed because the provided scopes are assured. Please contact the app developer.”

Hi @VElle

Just need to confirm, Do you have a developer account where your app exists?"

Thanks!

How to confirm? I created the scope with the development account. What should I do for other users who use my app?

Hi @VElle

when we change the scope of the app the installation link is changed so you need to reinstall the app on installed accounts now.

I hope this will help you out. Please mark it as **Solution Accepted and upvote** to help another Community member.
Thanks!
