When exporting the recipient list after sending an email to see the performance of an email, we currently only get the recipient’s email address, Hub ID, and other details. However, the first name, last name, and company of the recipients are not included. having these details would make it very easy to see exactly which contacts interacted with the email. Please make this part of the report.
I agree 100%. Right now, we have to create lists because of this feature. Most people aren’t going to recognize their client’s names from an email address.
I’m trying to understand how it is possible that HubSpot makes it so difficult to pull a report on an email send that allows you to quickly see first name, last name, company, whether or not the email was received, opened and other performance metrics. It’s terrible that there is no clean way to see this information in one place wtih out a tremendous amount of work.
