Add name update to Update Email Preferences Page?

Is there a way to add the ability for the contact to add or update their name via the Update Email Preferences page?

Many of our subscribers come in through a one-line subscription form on our website, which only includes their email address. I was thinking that we could empower the customer to add or update their name on the preferences page.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

That actually is not possible through the Email preferences pages. However you could do this by using a Hubspot form.

By sending a form through an email or putting it anywhere in your website, you could allow your customers to update their name and other informations.

Hubspot will use the email as key to update theirs informations.
