# Add multiple emails to track?

I currently am using the feature where all emails I send via gmail get logged within HubSpot. A great feature. Is there a way to add a second email address so that when I send/receive emails from that second email to the same contact that that will also get logged?

Hi @Chijo !

In order for an email to log when sending from a different address, the email address from which you are sending the email must be one of the following:

- A user in your account.
- One of your [connected email inboxes](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/email-tracking/connect-your-inbox-to-hubspot)_._
- An alias in your email client (either an [alias that has been configured in your connected Gmail inbox](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/email/add-an-email-alias#alias-support-for-gmail-inboxes), or an [alias added to your _Profile & Preferences_](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/email/add-an-email-alias#alias-support-for-office-365-and-imap-connected-inboxes)).

You can either add the second address as a user in your account, connect it as a connected inbox under your current user, or add it as an alias, and this will allow for you to log the email to HubSpot.
