Hello,

I am trying to add several emails to one contact but i don’t know how to do it. I checked [CRM API | Contacts (hubspot.com)](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/crm/contacts) but I am having an hard time to find it. I am using a batch read and a batch create/update to manage contacts. I don’t know which property to use in order to manage the emails. Primary email should be “email” property but what about the secondary emails?

Thank you for your patience,

David

Hi @DNascimento89,

Unfortunately at the moment it’s not possible to do this in the v3 APIs. You need to use a [legacy endpoint](https://legacydocs.hubspot.com/docs/methods/contacts/add-a-secondary-email-address) which is non-stable and could potentially be deprecated. [This thread](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/APIs-Integrations/Update-Secondary-Email-v3-API/m-p/680544) has some more information on that.

In short, at the moment there is no ideal way to achieve this with the most recent version of the CRM APIs and it is something that HubSpot needs to address. To date there hasn’t been any official communication or updates around this.

I hope this helps,

Jack
