Add more search terms for workflow enrollment history/action logs besides record name

We have lots of custom object records with the same exact name (because they represent educational courses), and tons of workflow automations around these object records.

The enrollment history and action logs functionality is not really helpful for us with these custom object workflows because there’s no other way to search the enrolled records than by the record name - so if you have 10 records with the exact same name, you would have to try each individual one in order to be able to find the one you’re looking for.

The list also isn’t narrowed down by the other filters, so if you know the exact date that the record was enrolled, you’d still have to scroll through every single enrollment from that day to find the one you’re looking for.

If we could just use HubSpot Record ID to search for the record, that would allow us to actually find value in these workflow enrollment history tools.

I agree! This is imperative, especially with lots of one-off objects associated to contacts, such as sales / appointments / any custom object. When you have objects that are identical in title, but each is associated to a different contact or deal, it makes it very difficult to get a specific object’s workflow enrollment and action logs since you can’t just copy/paste the record ID into the search dropdown.

It’s a HUGE necessity for anyone trying to audit workflow automation.
