# Add more Data sources in Workflows

Workflows allow you to add data from other object but with a limit of only 5 additional data sources.

When closing a deal I want to make sure all labels are set correctly. If this is not the case I want to inform the user, which labels are missing. This way it is easy to understand which action has to be taken.

Right now I send an e-mail to the user saying:  
"If any of the following are empty, please add the correct label:

Contact client: fetched field customer

Contact provider: fetched field provider

Contact shipping: fetched field shipping

Company client: fetched field customer

…

"

As I want more than 5 associated objects I run into a Limit. Please remove the limit or set it reasonably high, as with 3 associated contacts for client, suplier and shipping as well the the 3 associated companies you already hit this limit.
