The option to add colors to pipeline stage headers is excellent—great job!
Would it be possible to expand the range of available colors?
This is very important because the current selection is limited, and since colors carry strong meaning (green = success, red = failure), there’s a gap between real-world needs and the existing options.
Having an open color picker would be a fantastic improvement.
I couldn’t agree more with this—color psychology is such a massive part of a sales team’s daily flow, and having a “Success” green that doesn’t quite match the intensity of a win can definitely be frustrating. Since we’re still waiting on a native hex-code picker for those headers, one workaround I’ve found effective for my clients is leaning into Deal Tags. They offer a slightly broader palette and can be automated to trigger based on deal probability or “stale” status, which helps provide that immediate visual intuition you’re looking for. At Devlixor Technologies, when we’re engineering high-velocity HubSpot portals for our global partners, we often use n8n automation to manage these visual cues and deal status updates in the background. It ensures the pipeline stays intuitive even when the native UI has its limits. It’s not a perfect fix for the headers themselves, but it definitely helps bridge the gap until we get that full color picker!
