With the Zoom integration, you have the ability to add a contact to a Zoom webinar by adding that step to your workflow. The user can update this action (see reference photo) by adding in their webinar information in the box with the preview text that states “enter a value.” If you are new to the platform, or the integration, it’s not clear whether this should the link to the webinar, the webinar name, or a webinar ID. A disclaimer stating that the webinar ID should be typed into this box would be helpful. Further, letting the user know that the webinar ID should be typed with no spaces would alleviate errors running the workflow. Zoom by default, provides webinar IDs in the format XXX XXXX XXXX, but the workflow will fail if the webinar IDs are not in the format XXXXXXXXXXX.
