There is currently no way to preview a fully rendered internal email notification in a HubSpot workflow before activating it. The editor preview does not show real formatting, spacing, HTML rendering, or resolved personalization tokens.
This forces teams to activate workflows just to test emails — creating risk of broken formatting, token errors, and bad internal notifications going to live teams.
Feature request:
Add a Preview/Test option for internal workflow emails that allows users to:
- See a full rendered preview
- Populate tokens using a test record
- Send a test email without activating the workflow
- Validate formatting and personalization before go-live
This would significantly improve workflow QA, reliability, and operational automation quality.
