Add "Form Submissions" Card to Contact Records + Auto-Embed Attachments

Currently, when a contact submits a form in HubSpot, the submission does not appear in a dedicated section within the contact record view. While the data is accessible through various reports and activity logs, it would significantly improve workflow efficiency if form submissions were directly visible in the main contact view.

I propose adding a “Form Submissions” card to contact records, similar to other existing cards like “List Memberships,” “Payment Links,” and “Companies” This card would provide an at-a-glance view of all forms a contact has submitted, with details such as submission date, form name, and key field responses.

Additionally, if the form includes any file uploads, those attachments should automatically embed into the “Attachments” card of the contact record rather than requiring manual retrieval from form details.

This feature would:

  • Improve visibility of key interactions within the contact record.
  • Reduce time spent searching for submitted forms and attachments.
  • Ensure sales and support teams have instant access to important customer-submitted information.

This would be so helpful - i dont understand why you cant have a snapshot of all forms that have been submitted as a card when you can for many other activities e.g. deals, list membership etc.

Would also love to have this - users have complained that they sometimes have to scroll pretty far down the activities list to be able to find the form submissions. The activity “filtering” is also pretty useless. If you deselect everything except form submissions, then it changes the activity view for everyone and the selection remains when the page is refreshed.

I’m Sabari, the PM for HubSpot’s Forms tool.

At this time there are no plans to add Form submissions card to the contact record. However, we are exploring the feature to show all file uploads via forms under the Attachments card.
