In the Email Recipient View you see all contacts that have went through each respective stage and create a list for each stage.
However, this view lacks filters for conditions… E.g. Contacts that have gotten email delivered but did not open is virtually impossible to do from this view.
Luckily you can do this directly in the list creation view. However, a quality of life request is that you could filter using those same filters already in this view.
Not sure exactly what you mean by “In the Email Recipient View you see all contacts that have went through each respective stage and create a list for each stage.”
What stages are you refering to?
The “normal” approach is to create your desired list of recipients in the list tool, then pick one or more of these list for inclusion or exclusion to be send that email.
Yes I am aware that it is possible through the list tool, which I mentioned in the idea submission itself!
To answer your question, is if you click on any Marketing Mail there is a tab called “Recipients” where only limited options are available in List actions. This is what I refer to as a QoL request. Because most of the time we check mail performance in the Market Email section in Hubspot, and to be able to create advanced filtered lists directly from there instead of opening the list tool would be more optimal, since you can now do everything in one single flow. You can already create list based on specific stages in the receipients tab, but not depending on multiple conditions like the list tool.
