Add dynamic Privacy policy to Emails in HubSpot

Hi community.

We have been instructed to add privacy policy links within the footer of automated emails. While this initially sounded like a straightforward update, it appears to be significantly more complex due to the way the emails and templates are currently structured.

How to manage this part of the footer so we can add the privacy policy link?

Ideally, we want to add different privacy policy, depending on the country (we have different business areas).

When you edit an email footer, you can set it to custom:

Once you do, you can freely add the text in that footer. To make it re-usable, save it as a section: Edit marketing email content and design

If you want something that dynamically pulls in different policy texts based on the the office location selected, I see two options:

• Create custom templates: Build a custom coded template
• “Misuse” one of the office location fields to add the privacy policy text in there: Edit email footer addresses
