# add documents to offers

Hi,

I want to add one of my documents to my offer template (terms and conditions). Any ideas how to do that? When I create the offer template I dont see the integration.

Hi Gerrit!

Have you upload your document in the “Documents” section ? Go to Sales / Document and there you can upload the document.

Then, go to you templates , open the template and go to the bottom menu, and click at “Insert”. You’ll find the Document option there.

Sorry, I do not find the “insert” button. This is what quote templates look like for me
