There is an urgent need to create custom properties on account users/“Hubspot Users”.
An example of the need for this are user attributes required to connect user records in Hubspot to other systems, like HR platforms. Most systems use employee ID values as the globally unique identifier for a user/employee rather than the email because the email can change when there is a name change for the user.
Now that system users can be assigned to CRM objects in a custom property field, there is a lot more flexibility to use Hubspot Users which is great, but need to be able to consistently identify these users.
