Add custom columns to blog listing page?

Is it possible to add more columns into the listing of default column options that appear for a blog? What I’m trying to do is be able to display a module from my blog content editor UI as one of the Column Options…

Thanks @PamCotton! I’m also open to 3rd party/Marketplace solutions if your team has any ideas? What I had in mind would be something similar to the Admin Columns Pro plugin for WordPress: Admin Columns Pro - features for content management on WordPress. In addition to adding custom columns, having the ability to inline edit and bulk edit is a handy administrative feature if you have a large number of blogs to maintain.
