Feature request:
Please add the ability to copy the HubSpot activity link for a logged email directly from the HubSpot Sales Office 365 add-in.
Use case:
When documenting customer communication in external tools such as Jira, users need a quick way to reference the exact email activity in HubSpot. Today, the user has to open HubSpot, navigate to the relevant contact or record, find the logged email, and copy the activity link from there. This adds extra steps and slows down documentation workflows.
Expected outcome:
A “Copy HubSpot activity link” option in the Outlook add-in for logged emails would make cross-tool documentation faster and more efficient.
