Add conversations/emails as attachments in other email threads

Please make it possible to add threads as attachments in other threads entirely through the HubSpot platform.

Examples of when this would be helpful:

  • If there are multiple threads about the same topic, it is very helpful to be able to attach the related emails when consolidating the conversation.
  • If a closed issue is reopened in a new thread, attaching the previous thread for the clients’ reference can be useful.
  • When the service agent needs to provide evidence of a previous conversation.

We are trying to reduce platform fatigue and embrace HubSpot being the center of our operations. Currently the service agents need to open the email platform directly and drag and drop the email as an attachment. Needing to open and search through the separate email platform interferes with adoption. Adding emails as attachments should be done end-to-end inside HubSpot.

In this case we still use Outlook indeed of HubSpot.
