Right now it’s overly manual if I want to add a contact to a campaign or a list from the Contact file. Creating static lists is laborious and doesn’t make sense compared to having an easy way to tag or add contacts to campaigns.
We absolutely agree here. It should be possible for all objects to be added to a list or campaign directly from the record.
An example:
I receive an email from a contact who would like to be invited to the next customer event.
Currently, I have to open the view of all contacts, search for the contact there and then add them to the list. It would be better to click on Actions directly in the record and get a selection for adding to a list or even a campaign.
