I want to know to Add contact / company properties to the deal’s list view
For example, in the deals list view, i want to have a column that contains the contact’s phone number or the contact’s email directly on the list view without having to click on the contact and check on their profile

This is currently not possible – on the index page for an object (e.g. deals), you will only see information from deal properties (or the name of associated objects).
If you want to display contact or company information there directly, your best option would currently be to create a sync property that shows information from the contact or company on the deal: Create sync properties that copy data to associated records
Alternatively, you can also use the custom report builder to create cross-object reports that show information from multiple data sources (deals, contacts, companies) in one table: Create reports with the custom report builder

Hi! @WM999 You can only show associations (with labels) on the deal list - BUT you can make report with this info by comboing Deals and Contacts in a Custom Report table
