Add close button/x to pop up form

Hi

I’m wondering is it possible to add a close button or an x to pop up forms. At the minute the one’s I have built don’t have a way to dismiss unless you click somewhere else on the page or press esc.

A lot of users coming to my website might get confused as they won’t know to do this and will bounce straight away.

Has anyone been able to add x buttons to pop ups?

Hi @katieliston ,

Having the button/x should be standard across all forms having tested a full-page pop-up form in my own portal, however, the X may not be visible in the form builder previews. Obviously, if this is not the case from your own browser view please let me know and I’ll review further.

It doesn’t display on my pop up center interruption pop ups, but it does on my right and left hand side ones.

Any ideas why?

I was wondering the same thing. Then I noticed that when I selected “always show” the banner on the targeting page it removed the X. Removing the always show setting added it back.

Thanks. After taking the advice from this thread I went back to edits and found the issue. It was that I had a white background and the X was also white. You can change that by clicking the X in editor and change the colour in Styles.
