Wow, this would be incredibly cool! We obviously get form fill submission emails from HubSpot, but if the automatic email response from HubSpot could CC the Contact Owner or one specific User, they could just respond directly to the submitter, instead of the submitter receiving two separate email threads from our team. With how low open rates are these days, it’s easy for form submitters to miss a follow-up email. Great idea!
