We use the Services object for onboarding. Our workflow sends a Slack notification when a Service progresses, but unlike Deal notifications, the message does not include an automatic link back to the Service record. There’s also no built‑in “record URL” token exposed for Services in the Slack action.
Could we either
- Add automatic “Open Service” link in Slack workflow notifications, the same way it works for Deals.
- Alternatively (or additionally), expose a native “Service record URL” token in the Slack action’s Properties to include picker.
