We need to create a system where any time an opportunity/ Deal is created we have an automated rule that forces to bring in the company and contacts associated
A good workaround to this is to use a third-party app like Insycle.
I have been using them for more than a year, and it’s a much better tool that the native Hubspot capabilities for deduplication and imports.
You also can use it to associate records to deals/companies/ etc… with simple rules.

You might want to check out Associ8! It allows you to automate the association processs as long as the deals, contacts, and company have a common property (such as “Company Domain”).
Here is an example of what that workflow might look like:
(One of the Associ8 actions will associate the deal to a contact and the other will associate the deal to the company).
