When creating a sales email and selecting a template, there’s currently no way to quickly edit that template in the same workflow.
Right now, if I notice something that needs changing in a template:
- I have to leave the email composer,
- navigate to the Message Templates tool,
- find and edit the template,
- save it,
- and then return to the email composer to re‑select it.
This constant back‑and‑forth makes managing and updating templates much more time‑consuming than it needs to be.
Proposed Solution:
Please add an Edit option directly next to Select Template in the sales email composer.
Clicking Edit would open the template in an inline editor or a side panel, allowing quick changes without leaving the email creation process.
