The situation:
A team email inbox where numerous users have been connected to has been added to HubSpot. Emails will be saved to HubSpot contacts that have send an email to the team email box. That’s fine. The contacts themselves will be inserted to HubSpot. That’s fine.
There are also the team members themselves that will be created as contacts in HubSpot. Internal communications will be saved to the contacts from the team email inbox. Emails from internal communication doesn’t have to be saved and also team members don’t have to be saved as contacts. For this part I would like to see an additional filter that will prevent saving internal contacts and emails from the team email inbox. E.g. a filter on a domain that will prevent this unneccessary saving of emails or contacts.
