A nuance which we have discovered recently is that when using the Microsoft plugin, when an email chain already exists, it isn’t possible to retroactively add a deal to the chain. Whilst I understand that this might benefit some use cases, often, our emails evolve to cover several different deals and we don’t always have it as clear cut as one deal per one email trail. Could the plugin please be updated so that all deals are able to be selected and added into the email trail. Otherwise our teams whose email correspondence forms part of their KPI so it is essential for us to be able to monitor. Thank you!
