Hello! I’ve linked a customer form in our knowledge base header using the button feature, but was wondering if anyone has figured out how to/if its possible to add additional “buttons” to link more forms?

Hi @AMemmesheimer , As far as I know, right now, the Knowledge Base Editor in HubSpot only allows **one header button** to be added through the native settings. With that button, you can link either to a form, a page, or any external URL.

However, I’ll give you some other options to add **multiple buttons (that you’d be linking to different forms)**:

1. **Option 1: Replace the Single Button every time you want it to redirect to a different form. (Mind you, this is too much Manual Labor)**

2. **Option 2: Add Custom Buttons via Custom Code (Let’s say you know a little bit of coding and debugging, you can try this)**

3. **Option 3: Link Forms from the Knowledge Base Menu**

Let me know if I was of any help. Thanks

Hi @AMemmesheimer

I get why this feels limiting.

By design, the Knowledge Base lets you add only one button in the header from the settings panel. That single slot can point to a form, a page, or an external link, but you can’t natively stack multiple buttons side by side. If you want to surface more forms without constantly swapping the link, you have two reliable alternatives.

([Customize a knowledge base theme](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/knowledge-base/customize-a-knowledge-base-theme) )

One way is to edit the header area and insert custom HTML. Inside the “Customize header” section you can add multiple `<a>` tags styled with HubSpot’s built-in button class so they look identical to the native button. For example, you might have one link for “Support” and another for “Feedback,” each pointing to its own HubSpot form. This approach does require a bit of CSS/HTML comfort, but it keeps the buttons grouped visually where you want them

If custom code isn’t ideal, the other option is to use the Knowledge Base navigation links. In **Settings \> Knowledge Base \> Navigation** , you can create as manyy top-menu items as you need, each linking directly to a form page or a standalone HubSpot form URL. They won’t be styled as big header buttons but they are prominent and easy to manage without code

If your real concern is making sure every form link stays valid and consistent across systems, Stacksync can help by syncing HubSpot and your source in two directions so form destinations stay current everywhere without you chasing edits later. Hope this clears the path.
