Add ability to change border radius of images

Unfortunately, right now there is no way to change the border radius of the images in order to make the corners round. For now, I have to change that in an external app and upload the rounded images which is not ideal.

Hi everyone!
I’m Mícheál, the Associate Product Manager of the Marketing Email tool. We’re delighted to announce that the ability to adjust the border radius of images is now available in the Email Editor. This functionality is now live alongside the other image editing options within the Image module.

I was trying this feature out and the corners look strange to me. They aren’t evenly rounded. It appears to only work properly on 1:1 ratio images. I rarely use square images.
