Just a friendly little notification to offer assistance.
Has this issue been addressed yet? I have multiple roles - not just waiting for a chatbot - if I dont have Hubspot open all the time I miss the messages coming in and I need to have them addressed in a timely manner - the notification making a noise is a no-brainer in my opinion.
Fully agree. I am in the same situation!
I ended up putting the Hubspot app onto my mac and turned on notifications for it. It sort of helps.
